Well...I did get up...a bit late...so my run suffers...
5 miles...9min mile pace....i am the tortoise! Started the morning off well, with an orange, small coffee (back to decaf), and a slice of wheat toast with honey....yum.

I know it will take time. I actually felt much better on my 6 miler today.
