Great swim. Felt awesome throughout.

Basketball (2hours)
Played bball for 2 hours and felt decent. I consider this a bit of tabata and interval training....Ouch I hurt today. ____________________________________________________________________ March 9th

Felt decent on the trainer. Time flew by.
